Flavia Hoyte and Brittany Duchene about how members of the multidisciplinary team can work together to optimize care, guide biologic treatment decisions, and support long-term management. Dr. Hoyte is a Professor in the Division of Allergy and Clinical Immunology at National Jewish Health and the University of Colorado in Denver, and Dr. Duchene is a pulmonary and critical care physician and an Assistant Professor of Medicine at the University of Vermont in Burlington.
